I look at how far I’ve come. Yeah okay I haven’t lost like 30 lbs (or even ten for that matter) but exercise is no longer a stranger to me. Healthy habits are developing as well as a consistent (semi consistent workout routine). Some people have even noticed a change and commenting on how I look better. Honestly even though I’m taking this lifestyle change one day at a time and not rushing things, I DO feel better. I don’t feel as fat and disgusting when I sit. My endurance and ARM strength have definitely improved from January.

What I need to change though, my consistency and my eating habits. I haven’t gotten a hold of clean meals just yet. I’ll have two out of three meals healthy and the other is usually just a whatever meal. And unfortunately I’ve been eating a lot of cookies. 

EAT MORE GREENS AND FRUITS. STAY AWAY FROM COFFEE!!!!!!!!! AND COOKIES!!!!

Hopefully I’ll actually see a change in weight soon.
